When should I plan a vacation at Lakeside Promise Sunrise Lake, NH?
Our vacation rental property is available year round. New Hampshire has something for everyone. What is your favorite season? Winter time is magical for those who love to ski. Spring time is a long awaited season for those who fish. Summer on the lake, perfect! And autumn is New England's pride and joy and for good reason. Looking beyond the seasons, there is no reason you couldn't escape for the weekend for the solitude and comfort of an exceptional vacation home regardless of the time of year.
Lakeside Vacation Rental
Tell me more about the sandy beach on Sunrise Lake.
The beach is just across the road from our beach vacation rental. We are located at the end of a private road, very quiet. You can see the beach from our kitchen window, situated only 100 feet from our front porch. The beach is sandy, excellent sand castle material. The cove is perfect for swimming because boats are not allowed in this area. The water is crystal clear and not too deep! The best part about the beach is the shade always covers half the beach throughout the day as the sun moves. This is a shared beach; we are part of a small community. Picnic tables and trash barrels are provided.

How big is Sunrise Lake NH, can I fish?
Sunrise Lake is Middleton NH's secret jewel. Only those who live or rent a lake vacation rental on the lake or live in town have access to it. For this reason Sunrise Lake has a peaceful feeling about it. The last three years we had a family of loon move in. But they are not our only habitu; this 250-acre lake is home to smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, horned pout, and white perch. We recommend you take the kayak and canoe down to the boat ramp to explore the lake and its crystal clear bottom for as long as you'd like. Fish or just take it all in, you decide.

How do I make a reservation?

All our reservations require a signed contract and security deposit. Once this is done we will send you a "Lakeside Promise Vacation Welcome Package".

How can I pay?
We accept personal checks. We also accept credit cards. If you wish to be billed through PayPal just let me know. If you want to use your Visa or Mastercard, I can process the order over phone. Please do not email your credit card information.

How much does it cost to stay at Lakeside Promise?
Our Vacation Home Rental Rates are dependent on the season. We also list our rates for holidays and special events. We offer many Vacation Specials. We update them on a regular basis, please check back often. There are always plenty of reasons to vacation in NH, we hope you choose us.
All the comforts of Home
What do I need to bring on vacation? What is provided at the vacation rental property when we arrive?
Our amenities list is a long one. We provide the bed linens and bath towels. You need to bring your own beach towels. We have a washing machine and dryer for you to use. Be sure to remember the laundry detergent. We have an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, and alarm clock. Bring coffee filters, dishwasher soap, and personal toiletries. We have cable TV, DVD players, VCRs, DVD & VCR movie collections, book collections, game collections, and for the little ones -- a toy collection. We also have a high speed internet connection, although you'll need to bring your own laptop. Cut back on the packing for your next vacation and enjoy our numerous amenities.
Child Friendly Vacation
What amenities are available for those vacationing with small children?
If you will be vacationing with little ones, please let me know. We have a portable crib, high chair, and child chair. We store these and only take them out when requested. We also have sand toys, sleds, childly friendly plates and cups, a rocking chair, and story books to make your stay at Lakeside Promise in NH Lakes Region as convenient as possible.
Large Family Vacation Rental or Romantic Getaway
How many can sleep comfortably in our vacation rental home?
Our vacation rental sleeps upto 10 people. We have 8 beds: two king-sized, one full, 3 twin, and one twin bunk bed set. Our NH vacation rental is the perfect choice for either a Romantic Vacation Getaway or a NH Family Vacation. We want to make Lakeside Promise a splendid choice for you.
