Wolfeboro NH

We are 10 miles south of Wolfeboro New Hampshire which is situated on the shore of Lake Winnepesaukee. Since there are many events to enjoy on Lake Winnipesaukee, we recommend that you take a scenic drive up either the west shore by Alton Bay or the east shore by Wolfeboro Wolfeboro is the oldest summer resort in New Hampshire and rich in style and history. It is an excellent place to dine or walk the downtown to window shop.

New Hampshire Skiing

Downhill skiing is a 45 minute drive away at Gunstock Mountain in Gilmanton. Gunstock also offers summertime events such as "Soulfest" and plenty of hiking trails. They also offer one of the only guided horseback trail riding in the lakes region.

Weirs Beach Laconia

The fun never ends in Laconia, a 20 minute drive continuing north of Gunstock on the west shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. You will find old fashioned arcades on the boardwalk, a drive-in movie and go-cart rides. There is also a water park, Surf Coasters USA. And if you are wondering where the well known "funspot" is, you guessed it, Weirs Beach Laconia.

White Mountains NH

The White Mountains are just north of Lake Winnipesaukee. A 90 minute drive from Lakeside Promise will take you to North Conway. The little ones will love Storyland. And for those we love to outlet shop, North Conway is a shoppers' paradise.

New Hampshire Seacoast

Portsmouth New Hampshire is also 45 minutes to the southeast. Hampton Beach and the Seacoast Region is well worth a side trip during the summer months. If you have enjoyed our lake, but are now interested in experiencing the surf and salty air, take a day to spend at the beach in Hampton.

Coastal Maine

We are located 10 miles west of the Maine border. A 2 hour drive will take you to the town of Kennebunkport and other well known towns on the Atlantic coast of Maine.
