We believe that being on vacation does not mean roughing it in the back woods of New Hampshire. Instead, your vacation should be just the opposite, feeling comfortable in a luxury vacation rental.
New Hampshire, and our beautiful location on Sunrise Lake, is well worth the trip for you to enjoy nature's serenity surrounded by lake and woods while enjoying the comfort of luxury amenities that our vacation home has to offer.
I have made it my personal goal to provide the amenities I believe every luxury vacation rental should have. As a response to previous requests we have added a high speed internet connection for our guests who may need to do a little work while on vacation.
Certainly I hope your next vacation does not require you to log onto the internet to do work, however if you do need to, it is there and available. More than that, most of us live by the internet.

Luxury Jacuzzi Suite
Every luxury vacation rental should have Jacuzzi tub for relaxing the muscles and the mind.
In addition to the Jacuzzi tub we also have an enormous European massaging shower stall in our master bathroom suite. There are four shower heads; you can easily escape the pressures of life in this pleasurable shower.
I've been told our shower is by far what our guests enjoy most. You just have to experience it to believe it. Take some time and really unwind in this luxury Jacuzzi suite.
Luxury Vacation Home Amenities
Ever wanted a way to instantly set the mood? You guessed it, remote controlled propane fireplaces. Yes, I said fireplaces. There is a second fireplace in the king bedroom suite, also remote controlled.
I love wood burning fireplaces, but let's face it, you are on vacation. Who wants to do all that work while on vacation? Sit back and press a button, instant mood!
As you are sitting back, gather around our 52" flat screen cable TV. While you may want to go on vacation to escape from it all, including television, if you are going to turn it on, it might as well be a luxury TV.
I also provide a large movie and book collection. Please feel free to bring your own or take advantage of ours. It is not exactly on our list of luxury amenities but appreciated just the same.
Complete with a Full Kitchen
When it comes to the kitchen we have thought of everything. Not having to do the dishes while on vacation is luxury to me. Just load the dishwasher and relax.
Our kitchen is equipped to host Thanksgiving dinner. Therefore every day gatherings should be a cinch.
