Comfortable Vacation Rental for up to 10 guests
Our NH vacation rental is perfect for families. With a total of eight beds, up to ten people can sleep comfortably. Two of our beds are king size which works well if you are vacationing with another couple. We have twin bunk beds off the master suite. And our loft bedroom has four more beds, kids love it up there. For those vacationing with babies or toddlers we also supply a portable crib and other child care.
A family vacation is about gathering together and having fun which makes our vacation rental home perfectly designed for just this type of occasion. It is spacious with high ceilings and great open areas.
Our living room has a chaise lounge, couch, and love seat for families who need plenty of space to gather together to watch a show on our 52-inch flat screen cable TV with DVD. We provide a large movie collection for kids and adults.
You will also find a remote controlled propane fireplace in our living room as well as a huge game collection. Turn off the TV and challenge a family member to a game of Trivia Pursuit or Scrabble. Then again you could always sit back and take in the view from one of many large windows looking out to the lake or woods, beautiful any time of year.
Our Vacation Rental Works Well for Families
Make yourself at home in our kitchen and dining area. Cooking is fun in this modern kitchen with everything you need to make the most wonderful meals. We have place settings for 12 and a dish washer so you can take it easy on your vacation. Make yourself at home in our kitchen and dining area.
All our up-to-date kitchen amenities are fully serviced. We provide high quality cookware and settings. And because we have kids of our own, we also provide plastic cups and plates for the little ones. There is no need to worry, this is child friendly home.
The first floor includes a heated garage and a fully furnished room. Our kids love this room. We like to think of it as a playroom where the kids can horse around at 6AM when the rest of the family sleeps uninterrupted upstairs. There are four couches, cable TV and VCR, and yes another movie collection. We have two toy boxes full of child safe toys and plenty of children books and games.
Our laundry room is also located on the first floor. With family vacations comes plenty of dirty laundry. Just remember to pack some detergent and the rest is easy.
Bring the Family to the Beach
Let me take this discussion outside. We are located across the road from a sandy beach cove on Sunrise Lake. We are at the end of the road in a private community that seldom experiences little to no traffic. The beach is shared with our neighbors and is often quiet.
The beach cove provides a protected section of the lake. Boating is not allowed in the cove so swimming is safe. The water is crystal clear and declines gradually. We provide many sand toys for a day full of fun at our family beach vacation home.
We are not only a beach vacation home; we are a family vacation home anytime of year. Our side yard provides the kids with a great sledding hill in the winter months while kayaking and fishing is fun spring, summer, and fall. Families can have fun any time of year at our NH vacation rental.
