5) Make a reservation. Contract & Payment
Rental Contract: If your dates of interest are available I will email a rental contract to you. A rental contract expires after one week.
Once you receive and review the rental contract and are ready to secure the reservation simply sign, date, and return it to me before it expires.

Payment: The payment schedule is specified in the rental contract.
We accept personal checks, PayPal, Visa, or Mastercard. Please do not email credit card information.
6) Confirmation of Reservation
Once I receive a signed rental contract and payment, I will email a confirmation of reservation. At that time I will provide you with a welcome package to help you plan a wonderful stay at Lakeside Promise.
